Dr Po-Wen She is the Director of the International Relations and Accreditation Office at National Sun Yat-sen University, the Departmental Fellow of the Department of Land Economics at the University of Cambridge, and an Assistant Professor at the Department of Finance at Sun Yat-sen University. He holds PhD in economics from the University of Essex. Dr She was an Economist at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR) in the UK. During his time at NIESR, he was a core member to provide valuable and meaningful reports and advice to the policymakers (The Parliament). 

Dr She returned to Taiwan in early 2021 and joined National Sun Yat-Sen University. With his excellent teaching and outstanding research, he has won many honours. He has published many international journal papers (SSCI), including many top journals, such as European Economic Review, Nature Climate Change, etc. His research is often cited by BBC News, Independent, Financial Times, Washington Post, etc. Additionally, he is a reviewer for internationally renowned journals, including Economic Modelling, The Singapore Economic Review, The North American Journal of Economics and Finance, etc. 

Dr She is a multidisciplinary researcher and has made remarkable achievements in many fields. His expertise includes real estate, financial technology, fiscal and monetary policy, ESG, macroeconomy, business cycle, human resources, econometrics, labour economics, public economics, climate change, etc.
