Dr. Hung teaches various courses at the university, including Global Financial News Analysis (taught in English), Macroeconomics, Fixed Income Securities, Financial Markets, Consumer Behavior, English Writing and Reading (taught in English), TOEIC Exam Preparation (taught in English), and Business English.
During her tenure at Shu-Te University, Professor Hong successfully led students from the Department of Finance and the School of Medicine to obtain TOEIC certifications, with most students achieving the Gold Certificate level. Her teaching expertise extends to enrollment copywriting, marketing design, online marketing, and the development of English teaching systems incorporating e-learning. She has received positive feedback from students in courses related to financial investment portfolios and financial marketing.
In terms of research, Professor Hong has presented papers and published in conferences and journals from 2018 to 2022:
